My name is Miles Galla-Rini and I own Galla-Rini Roofing. We are a family business that has been installing and repairing roofs for homeowners in Orange County since 1990.
I set up my company to deliver outstanding personal service and quality on every roofing project rather than trying to become the biggest roofing contractor in Orange County. Simply put, I value excellence versus size.
Roofing is Our Only Business Not a Sideline
This gives us a big advantage over remodeling and other home contractors that do roofing in their spare time or as a fill-in. We typically install more roofs for homeowners in a month then they install in a year.

The Story Behind the Name: Galla-Rini Roofing
When you first opened our website, you might have looked at the name and thought,
“Galla-what?” Don’t worry — you’re not the first. I know Galla-Rini can be a tricky name to spell or pronounce. Over the years I’ve been told it’s a little long, a little unusual, and maybe not the easiest name for a roofing company to build a brand around.
But for our family which makes up this company, it’s something we cherish.
Galla-Rini Roofing is named in honor of my grandfather, Anthony Galla-Rini — an Italian-American musician who became one of the world’s most respected accordion players and composers. Born into a family full of professional musicians, Anthony Galla-Rini eventually went out on his own to make his individual mark on the musical world (hence the addition of the hyphen in the middle of “Galla” and “Rini”).
Through decades of dedication to his craft, he helped elevate the accordion from a simple instrument to a respected voice in classical and concert music. His career took him around the world, but the thing our family remembers most wasn’t the fame — it was his discipline, work ethic, and pride in doing things the right way.
When I started this company, I knew we wanted the name to stand for something deeper than just roofing. I wanted it to represent family, craftsmanship, and the kind of pride in our work that my grandfather embodied every single day.
I’ll never forget telling him that I had started a company using our shared last name. Seeing how proud he was in that moment, a man who wasn’t easily impressed by others, meant the world to me.
So yes — the name might make people pause for a second. It might take a moment to pronounce. But to us, Galla-Rini is a reminder of where we come from and the standards we hold ourselves to.
Just like our grandfather approached music, we approach roofing: with dedication, precision, and pride in the work we leave behind. Because when your family name is on the company, doing the job right isn’t just business — it’s personal.
